  • Quality Assurance

    Quality Assurance Audits will implement uninterrupted monitoring and control in the claims process. It will include the following services: implementation plan, monitoring, compliance evaluation, and reporting results. If you want we can provide assistance in setting up an action plan in response to opportunities that arise from an audit.

    We suggest quarterly audits for smaller operations; however, offices with a larger claim load would benefit with audits more frequently.

  • Process Improvement

    As the insurance industry becomes more competitive, the need to improve the claim processes is critical in increasing customer satisfaction and profitability. Process improvement can provide insight into areas needing improvement such as first notice of loss, payment processes or estimating.

    Our certified Lean Process consultant will gather data on the current processes, staffing work load of staff, and timing of each process. This will be documented by conducting a Value Stream Map. This data will allow your company to create a future state Value Stream Map. Then it will be analyzed to assess ways to reduce the workload by discussing with stakeholders. We can generate a continuous process improvement to streamline claims handling at your company after this metrics are aligned.

    Fine tuning your insurance claims staff with one of our unique and specialized training programs. We have trained 100’s of insurance professionals from adjusters to CEO’s on business writing and quality assurance. Business writing builds credibility and can reduce litigation expenses that could be increased if a company does not handle writing with the urgency it deserves.
